Aspen artificial Christmas tree
A lifelike premium evergreen with the calm character of the Nordmann fir.
An even cone, clean lines, branches that stay clearly apart. It stands in the corner of the room, and that is what makes it Christmas.
The first thing you notice when it is assembled is the shape. The branches sit in layers above one another, so the tree narrows evenly from the bottom up, the way a good Nordmann does. The branch tips cover the frame densely and evenly, so there is no weak side that has to face the wall.
No needles on the carpet, and the colour does not fade by January. The branches carry heavier glass ornaments too, because the frame is metal, not plastic. What you hang on it stays where you put it.
It comes in six heights, from 150 to 300 centimetres. The same tree suits a living room and a hotel lobby, only in a different size.
You do not have to wait until mid December. Put the tree up whenever you feel like it, even at the end of November, and on Christmas Eve it will look exactly as it did on the first day. A cut tree gives up within weeks in a heated home, this one does not. If you would like to compare the two options, we did the maths here.
Start from your ceiling height when you choose a size: leave at least 20 to 30 centimetres between the top of the tree and the ceiling, and allow for the tree topper as well. In an average living room of 250 to 270 centimetres, the 210 or the 230 centimetre tree is the one that looks impressive without filling the room. We wrote a separate guide on choosing the right size.
You will need more fairy lights than you think: 15 to 20 metres for a 180 centimetre tree, 20 to 25 for a 210, 25 to 30 for a 230, and up to 40 to 50 metres for a 300 centimetre tree. How you put them on matters too. If you run the string vertically from top to bottom instead of winding it around, the light spreads evenly and the tree gains depth. We show the technique here.
Good to know
- Metal stand, folding branch structure
- Arrives undecorated, so you can style it your own way
- Folds back into its own box, so it needs no extra storage space
Which size?

The figure is 180 centimetres tall. The trees are shown to exact scale, both against the figure and against each other.
