Shipping

Parcels are delivered by GLS. We always show the shipping cost in the order summary, before payment.

Where we deliver

We deliver within the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

When it arrives

We dispatch items in stock within 2 to 5 working days of confirming the order. Delivery after dispatch takes approximately LIEFERZEIT_WERKTAGE working days to Germany and Austria, and LIEFERZEIT_EU_WERKTAGE working days to other EU countries. GLS notifies you by email on the day of delivery with the expected time window.

Courier services are under heavy load over Christmas. To be safe, place your order at the beginning of December.

Parcel sizes, because they matter here

An artificial tree is a large parcel. Depending on the size, the box is between 80 and 140 centimetres long and weighs between 6 and 24 kilograms.

The 3.00 metre size arrives in two separate parcels. They may not arrive on the same day. This is not a fault, please wait for both.

Please make sure someone can carry the parcel inside. The driver brings it to the door.

On delivery

Check the condition of the box before you accept it. If the packaging is damaged, ask the driver to record it and do not accept the parcel. That is the fastest way for us to replace it.

Delivery to companies and institutions

Several units, several sites, a specific date: we handle that in the quote. Write to us through the Request a business quote page and we will fit the delivery to your procurement process. Payment by bank transfer, with invoice.
